2. Information we collect
When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email, optional company and phone number, the service you are interested in and the message you send. Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
3. Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep the website secure and functional. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (when you submit a form) and on our legitimate business interest (responding to commercial inquiries and operating the site safely), in line with the GDPR and the Republic of Armenia Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We do use trusted service providers (hosting, email) that process information strictly on our instructions. These providers may be located outside Armenia; in that case appropriate safeguards apply.
6. Retention
We keep contact form submissions only for as long as needed to follow up on your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@signalco.am. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.
